BEWARE of this practice. I would not recommend Friedland Family Dentistry based on my family's experience. Approximately nine months ago, dental work was completed for my son. We had two dental insurance policies, and both were billed for the same charges. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, we have still not received the refund we are owed. The office manager, Odi Paz, has been extremely unprofessional. The first time I spoke with her was because the office sent me an email containing what appeared to be a phishing link. The second time I contacted her was simply to ask about the status of our refund. Instead of providing an update, she accused me of "harassing" her—even though this was only our second conversation. When my mother called, she was told the office was closing and that the doctor was ill. However, I noticed the practice has continued receiving recent reviews, which only added to our confusion. We were also told that no one in the office could provide any information regarding our refund, that it had to be forwarded to the doctor's family, and that they could not provide any contact information for anyone who could actually help. Excellent Dentist, I would recommend him to everyone, specially to those patients that require comforting that everything is gonna be fine. Friendly staff willing to answer all my questions since this was my first visit. Looking forward to my follow up.

I’ve been coming to Friedland Family Dentistry for the last few years and I highly recommend them. The entire staff is always professional, friendly, and welcoming. They take the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely care about their patients’ comfort and dental health. The office is clean, organized, and appointments are always handled efficiently. It’s honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dentist, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience as a new patient with Dr. Friedland. The office felt welcoming, and professional. I was taken right at my appointment time and the dental hygienist was thorough and gave me the best cleaning. Dr, Friedland was so nice and honest (something I have not found from other dentists since moving to South Florida). Highly recommend!!

Been going to Friedland Family Dentistry for years. Excellent service and great attention to details. The dental hygienists are very thorough and gentle. Dr.Friedland is very professional and VERY GENTLE!!!. I recommend them highly.
